We compete in the Arizona Girls Lacrosse Association — Saturday games against other rec teams across the valley. Real refs, real competition, real fun.

If she’s here for the fun and the friends, perfect — that’s the whole idea. Along the way, our coaches will teach her the fundamentals to succeed in this sport, how to compete, and what it feels like to win as a team.

Practices start Thursday, September 3. Your daughter shows up, we hand her a stick, and we get to work.

Does my daughter need experience?
Not even a little. Our coaches love working with first-timers. Day one is literally “here’s how to hold a stick” — and that’s exactly how we want it.
What gear does she need?
Nothing for day one — just show up. For the season, players need a girls lacrosse stick, goggles, a mouthguard, and cleats or athletic shoes. It’s minimal and affordable, we have extras to share while you get going, and we’re happy to provide recommendations when you’re shopping. Don’t buy a thing until you’re ready.
Where are practices?
Practices are Tuesdays and Thursdays at Foothills Sport Complex in Glendale (19073 N 57th Ave) — 6:00-7:00 PM for 8U, and 6:00-7:30 PM for all other age groups. Get directions →
How much does it cost?
Registration is $200 per girl. Each player also needs a USA Lacrosse membership ($35/year, separate from our fee) — it’s required for league play and covers athlete insurance. Got more than one daughter playing? A sibling discount is applied automatically at checkout. If cost is tight, email us — every girl deserves a chance to play, and we don’t want money to be the reason she misses out.
How can I help?

Can I Coach?
Absolutely — this is a parent-led program and we couldn’t do it without you. No lacrosse background needed. We’ll help you get certified through USA Lacrosse, teach you the rest, and put you to work. All you need is the right attitude and a genuine want to make it great for the girls.
