It’s About the Friends.
Lacrosse is the sport. The friendships your daughter makes on this team? Those are what she’ll talk about for years.
The Fastest-Growing Team Sport in America
Lacrosse is exploding across the country — and your daughter gets in on the ground floor right here in Arrowhead.
Real Teammates
Girls from her neighborhood, her school, her street — side by side every week, building real bonds.
Find Her People
There’s a spot for the shy one, the loud one, the fast one, the silly one — and they all cheer for each other.
A Community Built to Grow
We’re building more than a team — we’re building a club. Families who show up for each other on and off the field, and a program with a real path forward: 8U and 10U this fall, growing toward 14U right alongside your daughter. The girls who join now will be the heart of this club for years.
We’ll Teach Her Everything.
What to Expect.
A few things worth knowing as you decide if this is right for your family.
Real League. Real Games.
We compete in the Arizona Girls Lacrosse Association — Saturday games against other rec teams across the valley. Real refs, real competition, real fun.
Here for Fun. Coached to Compete.
If she’s here for the fun and the friends, perfect — that’s the whole idea. Along the way, our coaches will teach her the fundamentals to succeed in this sport, how to compete, and what it feels like to win as a team.
The Warriors Family
The Lady Warriors are part of the established Arrowhead Warriors Lacrosse Club. There’s history, structure, and a community already here to welcome you.
Older daughter? The AZGLA league runs all the way to 14U. We’re starting with 8U and 10U this fall and growing fast. Sign up anyway — we’d love to hear from you.
Simple as 1-2-3.
No tryouts. No experience. Here’s all it takes.

Show Up in September
Practices start the first week of September. Your daughter shows up, we hand her a stick, and we get to work.
Play All Fall
Saturday games September 19 through October 31. Cheer, compete, and make the kind of memories that last.
Got Questions?
The ones every parent asks, answered honestly.
Does my daughter need experience?
Not even a little. Our coaches love working with first-timers. Day one is literally “here’s how to hold a stick” — and that’s exactly how we want it.
What gear does she need?
Nothing for day one — just show up. For the season, players need a girls lacrosse stick, goggles, a mouthguard, and cleats or athletic shoes. It’s minimal and affordable, we have extras to share while you get going, and we’re happy to provide recommendations when you’re shopping. Don’t buy a thing until you’re ready.
Where are practices?
We’re finalizing the field location in the Arrowhead area. Registered families are first to know — sign up and we’ll keep you posted.
How much does it cost?
Registration fees are being finalized — we’re committed to keeping costs as low as possible. Each player will also need a USA Lacrosse membership ($35/year), which is required for league play and covers athlete insurance. Full details before you ever need to commit.
How can I help?
Spread the word! A new team grows one friend at a time. Tell your neighbors, your daughter’s classmates, your team group chats — and grab our flyer to share or post around the neighborhood.
Can I Coach?
Absolutely — this is a parent-led program and we couldn’t do it without you. No lacrosse background needed. We’ll help you get certified through USA Lacrosse, teach you the rest, and put you to work. All you need is the right attitude and a genuine want to make it great for the girls.
